The Franklin Institute is an enjoyable attraction to visit with children or grown ups. Here you will see a recently restored 1911 Wright Model B Flyer. In the Fels Planetarium you can get a hands-on trip into space exploration and astronomy. Clearly, the Franklin Institute is great for anyone with an appreciation for science and discovering interesting things. If you want to give your family a better sense of the US Constitution, head over to the National Constitution Center. There you'll see excellent hands-on exhibitions, artifacts you won't see anywhere else, and also live performances. And in case you didn't know, the Center is also nearby the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.The fun in Philadelphia doesn't stop there! Are you in love with underwater animals? Then take the time to explore the Adventure Aquarium, a fun attraction nearby.
Step inside the Stingray Beach club to see the amazing stingrays. If you're looking for an adrenaline rush visit the Shark Realm for a first-hand look at the way sharks live. This dome-shaped building makes you feel like you're living with the sharks. If you would like something a bit nicer check out the Seal Shores. Sit in the audience to get a close-up view of the seals and their daily performance. Both you and your loved ones will have tons of fun as you enjoy this event. If you need to see other animals, make a trip to the Philadelphia Zoo.
There you will see different habitats including African Plains, Australian Animals, Prairie Dogs, and much more. The kids will enjoy seeing all the different animals, and so will you. All in all, the Philadelphia Zoo has over 1,300 animals.
