Along with getting all the Indian cuisines you will get traditional Rajasthani cuisines that are worth to try. You must not miss to try the Rajasthani foods which are easily available in every restaurant. There you will also get a special platter 'Rajasthani Thali'. This has special varieties of curries, pickles, paratha, sweets, etc. that would delight one and all.

Dessert Festival

Dessert festival is annual event of Rajasthan that is held in the month of February in Jaisalmer. There you can see the exhibit of arts and culture of Rajasthan.
