For shoppers there is a special experience with the Brussels wares on sale. This city is fast gaining recognition as the mecca of design, art and style. It resonates with Belgian culture which would be difficult to replicate.

Important tourist spots not to be missed during a visit to Brussels are: Manneken Pis, the famous bronze fountain sculpture which is a Brussels landmark; Grote Markt which is the central market square; the Royal Palace of Brussels, official residence of Belgian kings; the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, one of the largest churches in the world; the Mini Europe Park; and the Atomium. While the days can be spent touring these sites, there is certainly no dearth of entertainment. The Brussels Theatre, La Monnaie Theatre and the Opera House have great theatre performances. Clubs, music bars, concert halls all throb with night life guaranteed to keep you entertained till the wee hours of the morning.

A group of volunteers known as the Greeters offer to share with tourists their knowledge and experiences in this city. It is another great way to learn about the city.
