The hotels are built from old teakwood pillars, mud baked bricks, Autoclaves Aerated Concrete (ACC) and with things that can save energy to create a green space for you and your family.

LED bulbs present an advantage over luminescent light sources, water efficient faucets reduce the wastage of water and grey water is used for gardening purpose. The amenities, of the rooms, include quality herbal products. Some of the green hotels also stick to a strict 'No-smoking' policy while their laundry bags and carry bags are made of paper. Used plastic items are sent for recycling while the dry and wet waste, from the kitchen, is recycled in a compost.
