But as anyone who has spent New Year's Eve with us before will tell you, that is very far from the case! In fact, we have two dinner packages for you to choose from – our glamorous Black and White Ball in our Parkland Suite, or the less formal Buffet & Boogie set to take place in our Watermark Restaurant.
As you might have guessed from its name alone, our Black and White Ball is simply magnificent, involving everything from a magician entertaining you on arrival to a resident DJ who will be playing your favourite tunes to celebrate 2017 becoming 2018. The dress code is black tie for gentlemen and evening dress for ladies, and the canape and drinks reception is followed by a highly memorable six-course meal.
The New Year's Eve Buffet & Boogie, meanwhile, is a rather different affair, with celebrations starting in the Club Bar, followed by a two-course buffet. Then, all that will be left to you will be to party the night away with a little help from our highly capable DJ.
