Victoria Dam in Bhimtal is situated at an end of the lake and also has a terraced garden on both sides of the dam. The Bhimeshwar temple is situated just next to it.

The aquarium in the island was originally a restaurant. Due to environment issues this restaurant was shut down and an aquarium was set up. It is an attractive destination for children. The place also hosts various species of fish from different countries.

Karkotaka Temple, Hidimba Parvat and Folk culture museum are other tourist attractions as well.
