With every passing of time, the risk is real and increasing every day. 1000's of endangered wildlife species numerous species of Tigers, Rhinos, Elephants and lots of other animals are being killed as we read this text, for 'drugs' and other 'ancient cures'. Very few actually care about and walk up and assist this diminishing population of wildlife. We are working in and out of the country to raise cash that can be used in some promising way; one can buy land, and protection in the form of game wardens and equipment such as jeeps and helicopters. This is very essentially needed to stop the ever growing battle in opposition to the extremely lucrative commerce of unlawful poaching.
In India the scene is quite different and enchantingly denigrating, the list of Endangered Wildlife species is getting large each year. One conservative estimate has placed almost forty percent of all the species in the verge of having the ecological extinction. Not only the traditional wetlands are being taken away to find new place to create plantations but also the cities are growing at phenomenal rate too. The effected plant and animal life in the midst of all this is quite large, you can find the animals like polar bears, pandas and even Indian Royal Bengal tigers in this list that were proud heritage once. There must be a certain guiding way where one can try their best to save the wildlife species, especially the endangered ones. Here are some ideas being threshed out to save most if not all of our endangered wildlife and animals for future.
In India there are many species which are in an endangered mode. The cats are in more danger, Royal Bengal tiger are left in a handful numbers. The others are Lions, elephants. Lions are mostly found in the Gir national Park. And we cannot deny the fact that taking care of the wildlife is not an easy task. Aside from the government funding that the park received, effort must also come from the people. One of the reasons why there is depopulation among the wildlife is because of the people. Abusive type of people is always and will always be present in this kind of areas. Poaching is a national park's problem. People must be educated about this kind of activities. Another endangered wildlife species are Asian elephant's survival is encroachment of its natural habitat by man. Deforestation and farming are clearing away their food source, causing many of these magnificent animals to die of starvation. A further reason why this magnificent animal is endangered is due to the fact that they are being hunted for their ivory tusks. This practice is illegal, yet poachers still earn vast sums of money for the elephant's tusks. Protecting these wildlife species for our future generation is very important.
