Enjoy Budget Accommodation Killarney in Winter

Killarney Ireland – Situated on the south west corner of the beautifull island of Ireland, Killarney is a wonderfull little town that rests easily at the foot of Ireland's highest mountain range, the McGillicuddy Reeks and is nestled between there and the sea.

Here you will find a magnificent array of colour, a thousand shades of green and brown, trees and shrubs that are thousands of years old scattered over the vast hills that are inhabited by wild Red and Sika Deer.

This is a paradise for walkers or for those of us who seek peace and tranquility.

The many walks and trails of the Killarney valleys, such as the Gap of Dunloe and Molls Gap (on the Ring of Kerry) or the hill walks of Torc Waterfall and Mountain or the Old Kenmare Road Trail are simply splendid.

Killarney Town is set on the edge of a vast National Park (The Bourne Vincent National Park) and surrounding Killarney are 3 great corrie lakes that were established during the Ice Age, this affords Killarney a great tranquility, just follow the many trails lead from the town.

It is here also that you will find fantastic entertainment, the great Paul Brady, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, one of Ireland's greatest music artists will perform at the INEC this winter and there are many Cheap Hotels in Killarney or indeed cheap Bed and Breakfast in Killarney too.

Singer Paul was born in Strabane in the North of Ireland, he dabbled with a lot of music styles and various instruments in his early years and if you are looking to see Paul then be sure to come visit the Harmonyinn Guesthouse, great budget accommodation in Killarney.

There are many Bed and Breakfast in Killarney but the Harmonyinn Rivermere is special.

Killarney also hosts the International Darts Festival on the 19th, 20th, 21st October and there are plently cheap B&B in Killarney to accommodate the many guests that are expected. The Harmonyinn Guest House itself accommodated over 20 of last years entries, including the finalists. It was a very successfull event and the prize money is huge this year 2012, a fund of over E90,000.

Another act that has chosen Killarney Ireland for his latest tour is the great Don McLean, he chose Killarney because of the array of great hotel in Killarney Ireland.

If its a cheap B&B in Killarney you prefer then, did I mention the Harmonyinn!

November in Killarney sees the return of Charley Pride. One of the very few black country and western singers to achieve mainstream success. He blazed a trail in the 60's and 70's.

Whether it is tranquility, activity, entertainment or scenery you desire, then Killarney is a real winter wonderland.
