The divine county of Devon boasts some of the finest beaches and dazzling countryside to be found anywhere in England, and is one of the most popular holiday destinations. Devon has two gorgeous coastlines bordering the English Channel and Bristol Channel which offer miles and miles of sweeping golden beaches. These feature top surfing spots, breathtaking scenery and dramatic cliff top walks. Devon is also famous for its national parks – the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks provide numerous outdoor activities ranging from rock climbing to canoeing. The rolling Devonshire countryside is studded with wildlife and pretty fields and is the perfect place to go for walks in.

Headland View, Paignton, South Devon: This is a new house situated in between Paignton and Torquay – it is within easy walking distance to the beach and local shops and has amazing views across the Bay.

Seahaven, Brixham, South Devon: This is a delightful bungalow that is located just a few minutes from Fishcombe beach. It is 10 minutes away from the harbour and town centre and has a large private garden, perfect for children and pets.

Canon Cottage, Bishops Nympton, North Devon: This cottage is situated in the village of Bishops Nympton, just south of Exmoor. It is close to the scenic cliffs, hidden coves and beaches that the north Devon coast boasts.

It is a short walk from the beach of Bigbury-on-Sea, which is an excellent location for water sports such as surfing, body boarding, kite surfing and kayaking.

Bothy, Spreyton, East Devon: This detached cottage is buried in the glorious countryside and is surrounded by 4 acres of beautiful gardens and woods. It has its own private area of garden and even an extensive library!
