The staff of the museum as well as numerous visitors have claimed seeing hazy figures of nuns and hearing strange sounds. The lifts also supposedly move on their own. The House of Seven Chimneys, Madrid

Head over to the House of Seven Chimneys which is allegedly haunted by the spirit of Dona Elena, who was found dead in her bedroom after her husband was killed in the Battle of St. Quentin. Later, the body of Elena disappeared fueling rumors of a foul play in her death. She was also believed to be the lover of none other than King Philip II of Spain himself. Several people have claimed that they’ve seen her spirit between the chimneys of the building during night.

Cardona is a small town in the Catalonia region of Spain, about 60 miles from Barcelona. Dominating the landscape of the town is Parador Cardona – a 9th century old fortress which has been turned in to a hotel. While most of the guests of the hotel have an unparalleled luxurious stay, those staying in room 712 have a slightly different story to tell. Over the years, several guests staying in the unit have claimed that the furniture in the room moved towards the center of the room during the night. So, if you want to experience something supernatural, then get on a flight to Barcelona, take the short drive to Cardona and book a stay in room 712.

Many people believe that the old parts of the Law, Business, and Economic School, which used to be a maternity hospital, are haunted by beings that are not from our world. People have claimed coming across spirits of women who died during child birth. A few teachers of the school who died suddenly under mysterious circumstances are also believed to roam around the corridors of this place.
