Holiday Rentals Grow Across Europe

With the recession still present, more and more holidaymakers choose holiday rentals instead of hotels. The equivalent price of hotels and self catered accommodation and the comforts of having your own home away have boosted the demand for these flats prepared for short stays.

Most of the travellers that choose this option are either families with small children who have difficulties finding family friendly hotels; groups of young people who find it more affordable to rent a flat between them instead of booking a grubby hostel, and business people on business trips that find apartments are a better way to relax from stress or set a business meeting at any time of the day.

One example of the growth of this accommodation alternative is One Holiday Rentals, an agency that specialises in short term rentals and that has noticed demand growing more and more each year. This is the reason the company, set in the Mediterranean city of Barcelona, has expanded its offer to other European cities such as Madrid, London and Berlin.

According to the website, the demand of this kind of accommodation is the perfect solution for many holidaymakers who find a perfect alternative to hostels and hotels in vacation rentals. One Holiday Rentals has therefore put on offer dozens of new apartments in the cities mentioned above, expanding its business widely.

An example of this success is the city of London, where the rentals company has over fifty apartments in some of the best locations. From the famous Camden Town, Vauxhall, Notting Hill, the hip district of South Kensington and even central locations right in the middle of London such as Covent Garden and Tower Bridge. All the apartments are fit with all of the necessary amenities guests will need during their stay, fully furnished in great style, and strategically located in well communicated spots of the city to make all guests feel as if they were at home.

Precisely this sensation of having a home away from home is what makes travellers choose this option that is in demand more and more each day and that will surely grow even more during the next years.
