Ticket changed prior to the departure would remain open and can be used in one year from the date of issuance. Here is the policy for the change in flight:

• Non Refundable fare-when exchanging the open ticket the ticket would have a residual value. Flight changes on refundable fares that have been done prior to the departure are not having any penalty.
• Government fares- The airlines provide them with a special procedure and refund here in any case is permitted. They are applicable to the availability and applicable difference in air fare.
