International Destinations You Must Visit in 2016

With a month in to the New Year, many of us may have made resolutions to travel more this year. However, choosing destinations can be a tad bit confusing. Particularly when it comes to international holiday trips. Selecting the perfect holiday destination that meets your expectations can be difficult. Here is a list of international destinations you must consider visiting in 2016:

It is a major international tourist destination which is also a popular honeymoon destination. With turquoise blue lagoons, a white sandy beach and a variety of fun water sports, Bora Bora is the perfect getaway for all couples. If you choose an international holiday package that adds Bora Bora to it, make sure you live in the iconic over the water bungalows which are what make the island so popular.

The beautiful backdrop of the island makes it sports such as ziplining, mountain biking and hiking a memorable experience. One of the best ways to explore the island of Maui is by trekking which allows you to discover the waterfalls and shimmering pools to cool off in. Hawaii has always been a major surfing destination and hence Maui should be added to your international tour package if you love the water too.

Cape Town

Located near Table Mountain, Cape Town boasts of warm golden beaches and heavenly vineyards. Now a cultural melting pot, it took the city several years to break away from the apartheid and live together Christians, Hindus, native Africans and others to coexist peacefully. If you plan to add Cape Town to your international holiday package, make sure to add trekking up the Table Mountain to your itinerary.

Budapest

Budapest is the capital and the largest city of Hungary and has been called one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. When in the city, some attractions you must visit are the neo gothic Parliament, Saint Stephen's Basilica and the Aquincum Museum.
