Let’s Go to Aquaventure Waterpark

The one and only water park in Middle East with non-stop fun and thrills-Aquaventure Water Park. Perfectly situated on the iconic palm Islands, the largest waterpark in the entire Middle East and Europe hosts record breaking rides and water slides. Not only that-it also gives you a rare, unique experiences among them swimming with Sharks! Incase that got your ears ringing, it's totally safe here 🙂

In this post, let's take an indepth look into the grand water park.

First off, why should you visit?

With Dubai taking everything to the utmost ultra mega level, when it comes to waterparks, what better place to be than at Aquaventure waterpark? Totally luxe and world class.

The renowned Amazing race season once featured the team down at Aquaventure waterpark. I recall one team losing after one lady couldn't just take the challenge on Tower of Neptune slide. Well, for a slice of cheese cake, I'd go down that slide not once, but over and over. Mind you, head first if necessary 😉 It's simply amazing 🙂

Dubai can have extreme temperatures and guess what, this is the perfect place to just cool off which is way different from being in an air conditioned building.

The waterpark is a perfect deal for families. Most rides and slides maybe best suited for adults above 12 but there are other friendly ones purposed for smaller kids.

Mind blowing, out of this world attractions! These of course includes those that you find yourself surrounded by sharks, stingrays and fish.

Aquaventure has earned itself a name as it has been voted best waterpark in Dubai. I may not have been to the other water parks, but having gone through nearly all rides and slides/tubes, I'd rate this one 5 over 5 🙂

The park is very well maintained with zero signs of wear or rust. All equipment is in perfect state.

What No One Told You

It's one of the largest water parks in the world and the largest in all of Middle East and Europe combined. The vast expanse has allowed it host some of the most epic, record breaking rides/slides found anywhere.

The waterpark is situated in Palm Islands which has greatly contributed to its popularity. The palms are Dubai's iconic attraction topping the list of every visitor in the city.

The water park is located in Atlantis Resort. Guests residing in Atlantis enjoy free access to the waterpark

Helpful Tips for Visiting the Park

Why not arrive earlier? You'll thank me later. I mean, first you don't want to arrive way late when everyone else has arrived and you've to deal with a huge crowd. Second, it won't be too hot 😉 The park opens at 10:00 am.

Avoid bringing to the park unnecessary stuff. There's a locker and tower for rental near the entrance. On the rides/slides shirts or shirts over swimwear are not allowed. Not forgetting unnecessary stuff like selfie sticks shouldn't too be brought to the park. Sorry if I have disappointed you, it's for your own safety.

Ladies, consider wearing a one piece swimwear. You ask why? Think of all the splashing and slides, you definitely can't leave anything to chance like loose clothes that might accidently hook onto something. Can be tragic!

Carry along your sunscreen. Remember you'll be walking around the park in your swimwear. The sunscreen will come in so handy as hats and sunglasses are not allowed on the rides/slides.

There are numerous restaurants to dine in within Atlantis the palm and this of course includes the Japanese restaurant Nobu and Ronda Locatelli (Italian restaurant)

Don't Forget..

The Lost Chambers

The Lost Chambers is Atlantis the palm breathtaking indoor aquarium. In Dubai everything is on another level and so is this aquarium. It simply hosts amazingly jaw dropping sea creatures. It also offers a great way to cap off from a super active day on rides/slides.
