Moraira Villas Are Worth Visiting

One of the most well preserved small towns in the La Marina, Moraira, is very popular amongst the retirees who want a peaceful life after their retirement with the beautiful coastline backed by mountains of the Costa Blanca. During the summer time, the population of the town grows to 30,000 from its normal permanent population which is 9,500.

With the unspoiled and beautiful scenery, the surroundings of the area are very quiet and have a relaxing atmosphere and there are small villages also that can be explored. The city Moraira is justifiably famous with its reputation as the 'St. Tropez' of Spain, as there are only 5 storied because it is not allowed to built a building with more than 5 floors, which means that there are no high-rise hotels to accommodate mass tourism.

This small town has some of the lager city nearby like Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Villajoyosa, Altea and Denia that can be easily reached out by car, and are must watch areas.

The ancient city of Murcia, the wonderful mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, the Europe's largest palm forest at Elche and the Vergal Safari Park near Denia are also worth watching near Moraira including the inland amazing scenery.

More over the second and third largest cities of Sapin, Barcelona and Valencia as well as the capital of Spain Madrid are all reached by motorway. Even the Euro Disney, Port Aventura near Barcelona, is also not so far and is easily accessible from Moraira.

Apart from visiting beaches and other places, you can also visit the market where you could get cheap fresh fruits and vegetables with the local specialties like herbs and spices, fresh and silk flowers, leather goods, souvenirs, clothes, rugs, pottery.

Along with the little cooler climate, the small fishing village Moraira, has been turned into a very attractive holiday destination that attracts the visitors from all over Europe to settle here after retirement.
