Some Beautiful Places to Visit Near Jamshedpur During Weekends

Jamshedpur is one of the most beautiful cities of a relatively new state of Jharkhand. Surrounded by Dalma hill and forests, this city is also a part of Chota Nagpur Plateau region. You can find some decent hotels in Jamshedpur. Moreover, there are many great places to visit on weekends near this wonderful city. Some of these places as follows:

• Discover beautiful waterfalls: The capital city of Jharkhand, Ranchi is basically famous for its beautiful waterfalls. The people who are interested in the history and culture of Jharkhand can visit the Tribal Research Institute and Museum and get some exciting souvenirs. Some of the best places to visit are Hundro waterfalls and rock garden in Ranchi.

• Get Spiritual: Located around 266 kilometers away from Jamshedpur, Deoghar comprises of 22 temples and also goes by the name of Baidyanath Dham. It is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. One of holiest places of India, it witnesses thousands of devotees in the month of August or Shravan.

• Explore wildlife: If a person decides not to go too far, Dimna lake and wildlife sanctuary are probably one f e best places to visit. You can also find some budget hotels in Jamshedpur if you are new to the city.

• Relax in the lap of nature: One of the most scenic places of Jharkhand, Netarhat is also called the queen of Chota Nagpur. Moreover, it also witnesses the largest waterfall of Jharkhand that is Lodh Falls.

• Observe the tribal Land: One of the oldest, and most beautiful districts of the state, Dumka is a land of tribals. Surrounded by hills, rivers and greenry, this place will sure prove to be a treat to your eyes and mind.

• Get to know the land of hills: Giridih is surrounded by green forests and is also a home of Parasnath mountain peak, of parasnath ranges. Giridih also witnesses a lot of Jain pilgrims as the mountain Parasnath has a temple known as Shikharji.
