Bibbulmun Track, Western Australia

The Bibbulmun Track that is located in South West, Western Australia, is one of the world's best long walking tracks. The track extends 1000km's from near Perth to Albany on the South Coast of the state. The track was established by combining other existing trails together to form the Bibbulmun. The track is a great adventure walking holiday for all ages and has huts to stay in about every 20km, as well as passing through 12 towns along the way. The Bib track can be completed in smaller sections with just day walks but it is also popular to do end to end, which roughly takes about 52 days.

Cradle Mountain, Tasmania

Cradle Mountain in Tasmania is a spectacularly pristine location which makes it an ideal area for walking. There are sometimes guided walks by the rangers or self-guided walks through-out the extensive network of trails that a spread through the National Park. Due to the range of activities and range of day walks, Cradle mountain is the perfect adventure walking holiday. Day walks are the best way to see the picturesque area. A day walk map can be picked up at the visitors centre and it is advised to always check the weather before planning any king of walks.

Carnarvon Gorge, Queensland

Carnarvon Gorge, which is located North West of Brisbane consists of multiple walks which showcase amazing gorges and waterfalls in a lush rainforest environment. There are 4 walks that range from 3km to 5.6km return. Through-out the walks the journey is just as impressive as the destination, with attractions such as Aboriginal rock art, Caves and incredible Flora and Fauna. There is also the option for guided tours of the area as well as relaxing accommodation.

Purnululu, Kimberley, Western Australia

Located in the far North East of Western Australia, the Purnululu National Park provides the perfect place for some of the best walking tours in the Kimberley. There are a number of walks that are available that range from easy to quite challenging. You can choose to participate in a guided walking tour of Cathedral Gorge and Echidna Chasm or you have the option to walk these yourself. The walks range from 3km to 5km return and do range is difficulty so are open to all ages. These walks through-out the Bungle Bungle Range are some of the best walking tours in the Kimberley.
