Static Caravans Are Fun For All The Family

Living in a static caravan can be lots of fun for the whole family – provided you buy the right caravan and it is set in a great location. Static caravans vary depending on size and model – they tend to be around 40 feet long and 12 feet wide, and comprise of a living area, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and a bathroom or two. The size of the caravan depends on how many people it can comfortably sleep. Static caravans are built in a factory, and then transported to the site where they are expected to set up in. They are ideal for holidays – couples, friends or family can enjoy time spent in a holiday park in a static caravan.

Static caravans for sale vary in price depending on several factors such as the size, facilities offered, how old it is and what sort of condition it is in. From modest mobile homes to luxury residences, there is something to suit everyone's budget, taste and needs. Lower end caravans will have two bedrooms, a combined living and dining area, a small kitchen and a bathroom with limited storage. High end caravans will have 3 and more bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and storage space. Some also come with modern conveniences such as double glazed windows, electric stoves, wi-fi and digital TV. The best part of owning your own static caravan is that you can call it your home away from home and can decorate and kit it just as you wish.

Before you buy your static caravan, consider where you will be putting it. If you decide to locate it somewhere that is far away, say more than three hours drive away, then chances are that you may not visit it often enough, to make your purchase worthwhile. If you opt for some place closer, then you can easily drive up and down whenever you feel like a holiday! This means that you have the option of unlimited holidays throughout the year – an excellent return on your investment. Also, it is important to locate it in an area that has stunning views or the countryside or at a holiday park with activities and facilities on offer.
