Let's get to the it. This one is for crab lovers. This recipe has amazing taste and is incredibly good for health. Oh, by the way, the name of the recipe is Chipotle Crab.

Ingredients are:

  1. 48 baked tortilla chips
  2. Get 1/2 a cup of low fat Mayyonaise
  3. 1 teaspoon of chopped chipotle
  4. 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  5. 1.5 kg crabmeat (shell pieces removed)
  6. 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 2 tablespoons of chopped and peeled Jicama (Shankalu)
  8. 2 tablespoons of sliced green onions
  9. 2 tablespoons of chopped red bell pepper
  10. 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
  11. 1 tablespoon of chopped celery
  12. 1 medium avocado which is peeled and diced

Preparation for the recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Using 2 baking sheets, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer
  3. Stir together – Mayonnaise, Chile and Lime juice
  4. Combine crab with the parmesan cheese, jicama, green onions, red bell paper, cilantro and celery in a bowl.
  5. To this, add the mayonnaise mixture and stir well
  6. Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture onto every chip
  7. Bake this at 350 degrees for 5 minutes
  8. Top all the chips with some avocado

And, that's all. You are ready to gorge on the amazing crab chipotle, but for those who think this is too much of an ordeal, which it is, undoubtedly, you can head to Something's Fishy. Well, it's the best seafood restaurant in Vashi, and that in itself speaks miles about it.
