Helpful Tips to Legoland WaterPark

Below we look at a few important things to expect at the water wonderland:

Legoland water park is part of Dubai Parks & Resorts theme parks located at Jebel Ali

There's no metro station at the park. If you don't have own car, board the Red Line south all the way to the last station-UAE exchange. From here take a cab which is about a 15 minutes ride to the entrance.

Arrive early to the park. I know it can be tricky getting out of the house with a full army of kids and I promise you that arriving early into the park will do wonders for you. No queue. You get more time on the rides and you also beat crowds.

Get a waterproof case for your phone. With so much excitement to capture in the waterpark, having a waterproof case on your phone will make your day less stressful worrying about it getting waterlogged.

What to pack: Swimsuit, Towel, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Flip flops, Change of clothes, Goggles, Waterproof cellphone case, Plastic bag (for wet clad), Money for food , locker rental etc

At Dubai Parks & Resorts, hop on a bus for a short journey and finally a drop off at Riverland and you'll walk through over to LEGOLAND.

The park has a general admission carpark and a VIP car park that is closer to the park if you want to avoid the bus trip. The cost of the covered parking is about AED 100 and AED 150 for valet parking. If you have your annual pass to the park, the parking is free in the general admission parking zone otherwise it's AED 50.

The park is open daily from 11:00 am to 5:30pm.

The park is equipped with clean and well maintained lockers, baby room with microwave, life jackets, to sized sun loungers, changing rooms and showering facilities. The locker rental fee is about AED 45

For food, there are two outlets to choose from-'Bricks Bites' and 'Waves Bistro. Enjoy burgers, chicken nuggets, pizzas and a range of salad options. FYI you're not allowed to take your own food/drinks into the park

There are cabanas and towels for rent. Annual pass holders enjoy a discount on the two.

Below is a breakdown of the rides:

Rides/Attractions for Young Children

The best part about Legoland water park is that even very young children can have loads of fun in the following rides & attractions:

Duplo Splash Safari: The themed area features kid sized slides and DUPLO characters to add to the splash and spray fun. It's perfectly suited for children aged 6 and below.

Imagination Station: Children put their building skills to test creating bridges, dams and so much more out of DUPLO bricks.

Joaker Soaker: Kids here play with water cannons blasting from every angle and water from 350 gallons of water dropping every few minutes

Rides & Attractions for the Entire Family

Build a Raft River: Bring your building skills to build a LEGO raft you can float in downstream.

Rides & Attractions for Thrill Seekers

Perfectly suited for teens.

Twin Chasers: Allows racing side by side on a curving red slide and to finish with a splash

Overall, the park is a really amazing place to be in because it offers maximum enjoyment to all ages. Having been here, you can spend a whole day here and not notice it because of the sheer fun Legoland water park delivers. The price of tickets online at itickets.ae is way cheaper compared to purchasing at the park.
