Djemaa el-Fna:
In the main square of Marrakech, Djemaa el-Fna is presenting a unique traditional view to its visitors. This place is one of the favorites of adventurers and food lovers because near sunset time almost all hotels start offering traditional local dishes with a variety of taste. At Main Square, you can see many stall vendors, snake charmers, traditional musicians and random acrobats. It seems like you have entered the maze world of astonishing people like nowhere else. The beautiful vibrant buzz of Marrakech medina can only be soaked up here with a thousand of visitors around the world.
Koutoubia Mosque:
The original mosque, constructed by Almoravid architects when the present mosque was ended in the 12th century by Sultan Yacoub el-Mansour. Five times in a whole day, a muezzin raises a voice from the Koutoubia Mosque minaret to call the faithful Muslims for prayer. The architecture of this mosque is an amazing practical model of international skilled architects. In 1990, the restoration was done by authorities and they preserved its exposure stones.
Dar Jamai Museum:
Under the supervision of a power ful jamai family, two of them were also viziers of Sultan Moulay al-Hassan I. after the death of Sultan in 1894, the jamai family fell down in the political court and lost all, even the palace. After sometimes, the palace was passed to another family, named Al-Glaoui. Since 1920, the palace has transformed into des Beaux Arts and one of the famous museum of morocco. In the museum, many hoariest ceramics, textiles, fantastic embroidery and traditional jewelry items were placed after its alteration from a palace to a museum. For the explanation of its exhibits items, French, Arabic and English language is used to convey its visitors.
Ali ben Youssef Medersa:
After passing the six centuries, the blessings of this medersa still attract to its visitors. This Quranic learning center is one of the largest center in the whole North Africa which is fully furnished with the wooden-lattice screen, marble and beautiful art design, founded in the 12th century under the Merenids but the decoration was completed in the mid15th century during the era of Saadian. Affiliation of this medersa is with the Ali Bin Youssef Mosque, only legal and religious text is taught here.
Saadian Tombs:
Near the Kasbah mosque, Saadian tombs are built by great Saadian Sultan Ahmed al-Mansour ed-Dahbi. Instead of expensing on his tomb, he imported Italian marble to decorate tombs with plaster work and pure gold to position the chamber of 12 pillars splendid mausoleum. In 1917, the tombs photography revealed and many visitors attracted towers Saadian to explore more of its beautiful design.
