Italy is by all means a magnificent country. Many people wish to visit it at least once in their lifetime. I had the chance to visit Italy recently and was so overwhelmed with the nature and the amazing architecture of the country. In this article I will tell you about my experience in Italy and about the amazing places I succeeded to visit.

My decision to go to Italy was very spontaneous. I was a little tired from work and decided to look at some holidays. I was surprised to see how many options there were and the ways of getting there as well were a lot. I have looked through a lot of offers but the one that caught my eye was '' Visit Italy and Rome on a bus ''. At first I thought that it will be very unpleasant journey on a bus as it takes too long, but a friend of mine said that she was on that holiday once and really enjoyed it. So the decision was made and I went to the nearest travel agency to book.

It was very good to find out that bus tours are very cheap and actually pretty fast as well. The journey was amazing. The bus was very comfortable as it was a 5 star bus. It had a lot of leg room, TV screens in the headrests and a steward that was making sure that all the travelers had everything they needed – drinks, pillows and blankets (the bus tour was overnight).

We arrived in Italy early in the morning and made our way to Rome – the most beautiful place I have ever visited. When we got to Rome we went to the hotel to leave our bags and have a quick shower as we had a panoramic view of Rome on the bus later in the morning.

I must say that I was amazed with the organization of the bus tour as it all went very smooth. It was very well organized and the tour guide was amazing. A lovely lady that knew everything about Rome and its history and made sure she told us every little bit about the city. We saw many great places but the one that took my breath away was the Coliseum. It is very difficult to describe the Coliseum. Very interesting and grand building which you have to see to understand its charm and beauty. Near the Coliseum we stopped at another beautiful place for a break. A magnificent garden with blossomed oranges with a great smell that stays for weeks after you picked the blossom. Here we got a few moments to stop and rest and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Here you realize as well why people say '' See Rome and die ''. After the given break we are back on the bus heading to the hotel for a little break as we have other things planned for the afternoon.

I would strongly recommend you traveling by bus as a great way of seeing the world. It is by all means very comfortable, cheap and enjoyable. Don't hesitate to book your bus tour to your most favorite holiday destination.
