Based in Alaska, Pacific Airways was founded in April of 2000.

The founding members all came from varied backgrounds in Alaskan aviation, with over 50 years of combined experience in flight operations, dispatch, maintenance, and airline management.

Since that time Pacific Airways has continually made improvments the business by focusing on remaining small, flexible, and committed to the needs of our customers.

That focus has resulted in our company goal of providing safe reliable floatplane transportation throughout southern Southeast Alaska.

Award points are earned at the rate of one point per dollar spent. Eligible travel includes all published scheduled routes. Award travel requires 1000 reward points per segment. Award travel is valid on any published scheduled flight where space is available. You can easily book travel via online reservation or via phone.

Baggage Allowance Each passenger on Pacific Airways scheduled flights is allowed 40 pounds of baggage. This baggage allowance includes all items to be carried onboard the flight by the passenger. The FAA does not allow any carry-on baggage on our flights. Passengers may carry small items to the aircraft prior to boarding, but all items must be stowed by the pilot in the cargo compartment of the aircraft. Baggage in excess of 50 pounds will be charged at the applicable excess baggage rate on each segment of travel. Depending on passenger demand certain scheduled flights may be operated by more than one aircraft. Excess baggage will be transported as space allows. Passengers traveling with baggage in excess of 75 pounds are asked to contact us at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure to make arrangements. Pacific Airways will make every effort to transport excess baggage as quickly and conveniently as possible.
