Spring Season – Spring season falling between February and April are very variable marked hot days that drastically converts into cooler nights. Many have experience a gush of cold waves during late February; a gradual fall in the temperature and mild showers. I just love the beautiful fog that emerges along the seatbelt just after the fall in the temperature and rains. Therefore for me packing few long-sleeved T-shirts, overcoats and umbrella is must when visiting the city during spring.

Summer Season – I remember being concerned about my friends who were stuck in the city due to the summer thunderstorms. Long lived summers from late April to October end can also witness 35 c high temperature. Packing pairs of shorts, shirts and dress are ideal for this part of the season.

Autumn Season – November to early January known as the autumn months experience quite dry and cool weather. You won't feel the drop in the temperature until early December and stays stable around 68 F. Farmers have often discussed with me how extreme evaporation and fewer showers have caused droughts. Make sure to pack a light overcoat and long length T-shirt when visiting during this season.

Winter Season – Between mid of January to the early February Shenzhen experiences an average winter climate of twenty-four days every year. I have overheard many of my friends telling me about the warm winters with 50 F of average temperature. Albeit one might experience a gradual fall in the temperature of around 37 F yet the chill is short lived. In case you are planning your trip in this season carry a long-sleeved T-shirt and thick overcoat along.
