Ram ki Bandi

Ram ki Bandi is a spot that almost every inhabitant of Hyderabad would have visited at least once. Situated in Mozamjahi market, opposite the Karachi pastry shop, this spot serves the best dosa, as well as has amazing timings. Be it midnight or 3 am in the morning, you can visit here for amazingly tasty dosa and idlis. Do try their Double Cheese Dosa, which is a doppleganger of the Italian pizza, though a little Indianized, and a lot more crispier. Crispy hot dosas or sizzling idlis, this spot serves certainly the best idli-dosa in the entire city.

2. Govind Bandi

This is a standout amongst the most prevalent bandis in Hyderabad, situated close to Charminar. The USP of this spot is there butter dosas. The butter dosas are topped with upma, tomatoes, onions and almost an entire cube of Amul butter. The taste is beyond words to express and legitimizes all the hype about this spot. This bandi is a great deal more hygienic as contrasted with the other counterparts. They also offer normal idlis and tawa idlis.

3. Pandu's Bandi
There's nothing more satisfying than a plate of Indian Chinese from the streets of India. Disagree? Well then, head straight to the MLA Colony Road No. 12 where Pandu's bandi sets up post 7:00 pm and then decide for yourself. Whether you like spicy food or not, you are surely going to come back here for more of this yummy street Chinese food!
4. Maharaja Chat Bandi
This famous bandi in Jubilee Hills is a hit with everybody who needs to delve into some hot “chatpata” chaat. They're popular for its paani puri, samosa ragada and the paav bhaaji. What separates this from the other bandi's in Hyderabad is that there's sufficient space here to park your car and comfortably enjoy the food in the car itself. Much the same as in a drive-in! So chaat anybody?
5. Laxman Bandi
Situated at Gyan Bagh, close to the Gosha Mahal, this bandi is usually extremely swarmed, and they don't have a token system as well, so you need to push your way into the crowd to make sure that you are served. Laxman does not monitor what you eat so he charges you for what you said you had. Amazing! Coming to food, they predominantly offer idli, dosas and upma, which as of date are the most loved in Hyderabad.
So when in Hyderabad, if you haven't been to any or all of these bandis, then buddy, your trip or stay in the city is a sheer waste. A bingeing session at these bandis is probably one of the best things to do in Hyderabad. So, don't wait any more, and straight away head to these Bandis of bliss. Happy hogging!
