Lower Lake – A remnant of the great Mughal Empire, the Lower Lake is located in the serene surroundings of the majestic hills. The Lower Lake is separated from the Upper through an over-bridge. Birla Museum – Birla Museum is situated at Vallabh Bhavan here in Bhopal .This was established in the year 1971. Birla Museum contains the Stone sculptures, the Prehistoric elements of the Paleolithic to the Neolithic ages, coins, terracotta, manuscripts, plaster casts, paintings, etc. Also found are elements of the Harappan and Mohenjo-Daro civilization and the Gupta period.
